Recently my associate and I have been involved in two situations in which one spouse passed away and the other infirm and unable to handle the huge task of ridding the home of forty years of "stuff". What we call "hoarder homes". We arranged for estate sales, garage sales, donations, and toxic material runs to clear out the property. We then staged it, painting and replacing carpeting if necessary to make the home sparkle.
